Debris Dragon is a growing junk removal and moving company looking for a motivated leader to help run daily operations and grow the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job — we are looking for someone who wants to help build something and grow into a long-term leadership role within the company.
The right person will work directly with the owner to manage jobs, lead crews, and help scale the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead junk removal and moving crews
- Drive company box trucks
- Manage daily job schedules
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Train new crew members
- Maintain equipment and trucks
- Help improve operations and processes
Ideal Candidate
- Leadership experience in moving, junk removal, or construction
- Comfortable driving box trucks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication with customers and crew
- Interested in long-term growth with the company
Compensation
- Pay is Performance based on total revenue
- Opportunity for profit-sharing with company growth
