he Busser is responsible for assisting the waitstaff and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This role ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by keeping tables, utensils, and service areas clean and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Refill water, bread, and other items as needed for guests.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and common areas.
- Restock table settings, condiments, and supplies.
- Remove trash and recyclables from dining and kitchen areas.
- Ensure proper organization of chairs, tables, and dining equipment.
- Support the waitstaff and kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
