Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Clerk on the 3rd shift and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your energetic approach will help keep our warehouse running seamlessly, supporting timely shipping and receiving processes.
3rd Shift- 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other material handling tools
- Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving documentation, inventory logs, and shipment tracking
- Assist with stocking, organizing warehouse shelves, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in compliance with trade and international trade regulations
- Support shipping logistics activities by coordinating with carriers to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and utilize ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP to manage stock levels effectively
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with pallet jacks and RF scanners is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance standards
- Ability to work independently on the 3rd shift schedule while maintaining safety protocols and productivity standards
