Our client is seeking a polished, dependable administrative professional to support daily office operations, provide exceptional client service, and serve as a key member of their administrative team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, well-established company that values strong office support professionals.
Schedule:
- January–Memorial Day & Labor Day–December: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Summer Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional, welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Prepare, scan, organize, and maintain client documents and electronic files
- Create and format documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support document collection, electronic signatures, and administrative workflows
- Process client payments and assist with basic Accounts Receivable support
- Assist with tax season projects and deadline-driven administrative tasks
- Maintain organized reception, conference rooms, and office supplies
- Coordinate office vendors and provide backup support for the administrative team
- Assist with general office projects and day-to-day administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Support experience
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation with flexibility to occasionally assist at other office locations
Preferred:
- Accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial office experience
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Adobe Acrobat experience
