At The Pawffice, we believe every dog deserves a safe, joyful, and tail-wagging great day. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Dog Daycare Attendant to join our Manhattan team and help us deliver the premium canine care experience our clients count on.
About the Role
As a Daycare Attendant, you'll be at the heart of everything we do; supervising dogs in our open play environment, keeping our space clean and welcoming, and building genuine connections with both our four-legged guests and their owners. Whether you're working alongside teammates during a busy morning rush or holding things down independently, you'll bring energy, calm, and care to every shift.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the health, safety, and behavior of all dogs in our open-play setting
- Maintain a clean, organized facility through consistent daily upkeep
- Manage feeding schedules, administer medications, and refill water stations
- Deliver friendly, professional service to clients and address any concerns promptly
- Foster a fun, positive atmosphere that dogs and people love coming back to
What We're Looking For
- Genuine comfort and confidence managing dogs in a group setting
- Solid understanding of dog behavior, breeds, and body language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliability, flexibility, and a team-player attitude — with the ability to work independently when needed
