What You’ll Do:
Tellers:
- Be the face of M&T Bank
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Process transactions, handling cash, accurately and efficiently
Universal Bankers:
- Build strong customer relationships
- Identify financial needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver both service and sales support
Branch Managers:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Drive branch sales and performance
- Strengthen community and business relationships
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
