This isn't a traditional warehouse position.
You'll work with extraordinary crystals, minerals, fossils, and jewelry from around the world while supporting one of Sedona's premier specialty retailers. Every task you complete helps ensure our stores are beautifully presented, fully replenished, and ready to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Success in this role isn't measured simply by how many boxes are unpacked or shelves are stocked. Success means our retail teams have the right products, in the right place, at the right time. Your attention to detail helps create beautiful stores, supports our sales teams, and contributes directly to every customer's experience.
What You'll Do
Working alongside the Crystal Processing Studio team, you will:
Inventory Processing
- Receive incoming shipments and verify merchandise against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Unpack, inspect, and organize new inventory.
- Report discrepancies and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Product Preparation
- Tag and label merchandise.
- Prepare products for the sales floor.
- Organize inventory for efficient processing and replenishment.
Inventory & Replenishment
- Maintain organized backstock throughout the Crystal Processing Studio.
- Pull replenishment for our retail stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts.
- Help ensure our stores remain well stocked and visually abundant.
Store Support
- Deliver merchandise between the Crystal Processing Studio and our Sedona retail stores using a company vehicle.
- Work closely with store teams to respond to replenishment needs.
- Support special projects, seasonal initiatives, and inventory activities as needed.
What You'll Bring

- Learns quickly and welcomes ongoing coaching.
- Can prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring the ability to:
- Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the workday.
- Load, unload, and move merchandise safely.
- Operate carts and material-handling equipment as needed.
