Pay Rate: $ 2,200 to $ 2,400/Week (Approx. based on $64/hr)
Contract: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours/Week
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year Preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License.
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current BLS Certification.
Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred.
Strong communication, patient care, and documentation skills.
