Full-Time | Nationwide Travel (85%+)
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 (Based on Experience)
The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. This individual serves as the field leader, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to remain on-site for the full duration of assigned projects.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
● Direct and manage day-to-day field operations
● Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
● Drive schedule performance and proactively address delays
● Coordinate and supervise subcontractor trades across multiple disciplines
● Lead safety initiatives, conduct regular toolbox talks, and enforce site safety standards
● Maintain quality assurance and ensure proper installation standards are met
● Monitor workforce activity and track daily manpower
● Prepare daily and weekly field reports
● Maintain accurate project documentation, including redlines and as-built markups using PROCORE and mobile devices
● Identify and resolve field conflicts, coordination issues, and constructability challenges
● Develop and manage punch lists through project completion
● Support subcontractor selection and collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams
Qualifications
● Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
● Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing and field coordination
● Experience with prefabricated or modular building systems preferred
● Proficiency in PROCORE or similar construction management platforms
● OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required
● Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain schedule control
Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of Superintendent experience OR
● Associate degree with 6–8 years of relevant field leadership experience
Equivalent hands-on experience in complex commercial or technical construction environments will also be considered.
