IMPORTANT: Clean Driving Record Required!
- Applicants must have a clean driving record — no moving violations.
- We conduct a strict MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check as part of the hiring process.
- If your record is not clean, you will not be considered for this position.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate a team of drivers to ensure timely and professional service
- Be in the field 25–50% of your schedule, driving alongside your team
- Support recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of drivers
- Assist with scheduling, routing, and maintaining operational flow
- Conduct safety audits and lead regular safety meetings
- Oversee vehicle inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Maintain professional relationships with airport personnel and attend required meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork
What You Need to Bring:
✔ Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)
✔ Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔ Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card
✔ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
✔ Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
✔ Must speak conversational English
✔ Leadership and/or transportation experience is preferred
Shifts:
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Morning, day, and evening availability
- Weekends and holidays are required – SkyHop is a 24/7/365 operation
