Human Resources Leader

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Leader to embed HR directly into operations and drive culture, talent, and performance across our 275+ employee manufacturing organization. This role reports to the President and is central to our lean transformation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

HR strategy aligned to safety, quality, productivity, and business goals

Operationally embedded HR with daily plant-floor partnership

Talent acquisition for manufacturing + technical roles

Leadership development and internal career pathways

Culture building rooted in respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement

HR systems + analytics for data-driven decisions

Change management to support growth and agility

Compliance + risk with precision and integrity
Qualifications:

10–15+ years HR leadership in manufacturing (250+ employees)

Senior management experience; operations exposure strongly preferred

Proven ability to build systems that deliver measurable business results

Strength in developing leaders, culture, and internal talent pipelines

Data-driven, strategic, and highly collaborative

Bilingual Spanish preferred
