Duties
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development tailored specifically for toddlers.

- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, communicating regularly with parents and guardians about developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure high-quality care and educational consistency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety drills, first aid procedures, and emergency responses as needed to ensure the well-being of all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan special activities that support inclusive learning experiences for children with diverse needs or disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, special education strategies, and caregiving best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in educational settings, especially with toddlers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR; experience with emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities or developmental delays.
- Excellent classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and create an inclusive environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in caregiving roles that demonstrate patience, attentiveness, and nurturing qualities.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques tailored for young children to promote cooperation and emotional regulation.
