We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various Appliances and apartments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform facilities maintenance tasks including apartment makereadies, building maintenance, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, electrical repairs, landscape pick up, painting and other duties as assigned.

You must get your CPO within 60 days from date of hire if you do not already have one.

Be OnCall schedule varies

Work Saturdays

Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Troubleshoot appliance, plumbing, electrical, and apartment issues.

Skills:

Proficient in community maintenance practices.

Strong electrical repair skills.

Pool maintenance and upkeep.

Experience in apartment painting.

Excellent customer service skills.
