Starting Pay: $22.48–$23.16/hr + 8% Shift Differential

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and change-over of packaging equipment, ensuring a high-quality product. You’ll also support non-technical tasks such as stacking and packing to keep production flowing smoothly.
Set up and make minor adjustments to packaging equipment
Monitor product quality and escalate issues as needed
Accurately complete SPC transactions
Participate in ongoing technical training
Support line operations and maintain production flow
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
Relevant experience as a machine operator with basic mechanical skills and aptitude
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
