The role of Operations Manager will be responsible for leading Power Parking’s largest portfolio in the City of Milwaukee. The role is an integral part of the Power Parking team reporting directly to the COO. This person must provide strong leadership, operation and financial oversight along with supporting the individual needs of the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and develop a team of employees to accomplish the short-term a long-term goals of the parking facilities
- Responsible for developing client relations to ensure business retention
- Ensure that increased revenues, managing expenses and customer satisfaction is maximized.
- Responsible for planning and executing the opening of new locations across the region.
- Preparation of budgets and monthly reviews of profit/loss by location.
- Perform managerial responsibilities in accordance with Power Parking’s department's policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the completion of necessary tasks
- Provide input and analysis related to new business opportunities and competitor changes
- Assess facility needs, provide quotes, and make recommendations to management for approval
- Must be flexible to work different days/shifts based on business needs
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or facility management and 2 years’ experience in the parking, retail, or hospitality industry (additional experience may be substituted for education requirement).
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate readiness to undertake responsibilities on one's own and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in the use of computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Prior experience in parking or service industry.
Working Conditions:
- Extended periods of standing in all types of weather conditions.
- Position may require stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
- Ability to lift of move up to 25 pounds.
- Position may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicle exhaust.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
