Spanish Bilingual Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, Spanish-bilingual Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right wireless solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in English and Spanish with wireless products and services
- Sell smartphones, rate plans, accessories, and home internet
- Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle account changes
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Educate customers on promotions, features, and device options
- Provide accurate billing explanations and troubleshooting support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Goal-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable using POS systems and mobile technology
