About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, manage front‑desk responsibilities, and assist multiple departments as needed. This role is the first point of contact for callers and visitors, and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Communication
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members
- Make daily confirmation calls to clients
- Provide back up support to the different departments when needed
- Support communication and development efforts with the team
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage and restock office supplies and product brochures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Check, sort, and distribute mail
- Assist team members and leadership with general administrative tasks as needed
Operational Support
- Oversee rental, including tracking, documentation, and communication
- Support ongoing office projects and cross‑department needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage high call volume
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, document handling)
