Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Inspire and guide our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow, to ensure smooth and efficient practice management.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support practice growth and sustainability.
- Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor processes to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and maintain high standards of practice.
- Team Development: Foster a team mentality and development within the team through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Ensure exceptional patient experiences by addressing concerns, enhancing service delivery, and upholding the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in medical office management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Prefer bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field.
