Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in delivering a high-quality living experience for our residents. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced apartment community environment.
What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders and service requests efficiently
- Perform unit turns / make-ready for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry and drywall
- Painting and general maintenance
- HVAC
- Pool/Spa Testing
- Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
- Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, or pull 50–75 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
