Parents As Teachers (PAT) Home Visitor
Department: HUB
Reports To: Superintendent, PAT Coordinator, and Team Leader
Contract: 240 Days
Salary: Classified Salary Schedule Level VII C
Position Summary
The PAT Home Visitor supports families with children prenatal through age five by delivering home-based parent education, child development support, and family engagement services in accordance with the Parents As Teachers model.
Essential Duties

Conduct home visits and parent education activities.

Complete required assessments, documentation, and reporting.

Maintain communication and positive relationships with families.

Connect families with community resources and support services.

Participate in meetings, training, certification requirements, and continuous program improvement.

Assist with family recruitment and program activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field preferred.

Experience working with young children and families preferred.

Strong communication, organization, technology, and confidentiality skills.
