In this role, you will be one of the faces of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with sales transactions, manage inventory, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Operate cash DRAWERS and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining an orderly store appearance.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and loans and increase sales.
- Provide information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to assist customers efficiently.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. PAWNSHOP EXPERIENCE A BIG PLUS
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control is a plus.
