About the Role:
Holiday Light Installations is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Christmas Light Lead Installer to join our seasonal team in Paramount, CA! This is your chance to spread holiday cheer while leading a crew and delivering stunning light displays to homes and businesses. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of light installers on residential and commercial job sites
- Install, hang, and secure Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, and other holiday décor
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues, including faulty strands and electrical connections
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding installation details and expectations
- Manage equipment, ladders, and materials efficiently throughout the workday
- Oversee takedown and proper storage of holiday lighting displays at season's end
Requirements:
- Prior experience in holiday light installation, landscaping, roofing, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a small crew
- Basic knowledge of low-voltage and LED lighting systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays
