Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other vehicle components
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts with precision
- Repair or replace vehicle components such as transmissions, diesel engines, wheel alignment systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features
- Interpret schematics and automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical problems accurately
- Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and wheel alignments to ensure optimal handling and safety
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to customers while providing excellent customer service throughout the process
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or similar automotive service technician background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Experience working with automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines
- Skilled in using automotive service software for auto estimating and work order management
- Demonstrated ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately
- Service technician experience combined with excellent customer service skills is ideal for success in this role

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
