Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lees Summit to Lenexa, youll be in charge of ensuring each property meets our high standards for excellence and attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will need to:

Maintain a good driving record

Safely operate various types of equipment: Mowers, string trimmers, and blowers

Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate effectively with your crew, the client, and the management team

Maintain lawns, including: Mowing, trimming, blowing, and leaf removal
-
Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
-
Work on designated Saturdays

Competitive pay $18-22 per hour

1.5x pay for snow removal hours

Sign on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months, and $500.00 at 12 months. (if certain criteria are met)

Free uniforms ($30 cost reimbursed after 90 days and worn out uniforms are replaced for free) and $100 winter uniform allowance

Cell phone provided for crew leaders or a $30 monthly cell phone allowance should you choose to use your own cell phone
