Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance with product inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including accessories.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions and cash handling
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
- Assist customers with merchandising decisions, floral design ideas or gardening tips when applicable
- Support inventory management through stocking and inventory counts
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
