We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing tenant relations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of property management practices.
Duties
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing information on available units and conducting property tours.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Answer phones, with the ability to answer tenant questions and or concerns
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address tenant maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Preparing letters and notices
- Collecting and depositing rents
Part time Positions-Monday and Saturday + Full time positions in the San Jose Area.
In addition, full time/ Tuesday through Saturday in the Campbell area is also available.
