What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Banker/Teller, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers by:
- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
- Assisting customers with account questions and everyday banking needs.
- Educating customers on banking products and digital banking services.
- Balancing your cash drawer and maintaining accurate records.
- Following banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards.
- Identifying opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services.
- Working collaboratively with teammates to create an outstanding customer experience.
