Ryze Supply Chain Lead
Every Ryze collection starts long before it reaches our warehouse.
Every vendor relationship, every purchase order, every production timeline, and every shipment plays an important role in helping our consultants succeed. We're looking for someone who can bring those moving pieces together, build strong vendor partnerships, anticipate challenges before they happen, and keep our teams one step ahead.

· You're the kind of person who asks:
- What happens if this shipment is delayed?
- Should we order this earlier?
- Can this vendor meet our upcoming demand?
- Why are costs increasing?
- Who needs this information before it becomes a problem?
· You enjoy solving problems, coordinating moving pieces, and making sure people have what they need before they ask for it.
If this sounds like you, here's what you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with vendors and serve as Ryze's primary point of contact.
- Coordinate purchase orders, manufacturing timelines, shipping schedules, and material availability.
- Keep leadership informed so purchasing and planning decisions are based on accurate, timely information.
- Ensure Production and Receiving have what they need before materials arrive.
- Identify potential delays, shortages, or supply issues early and work toward practical solutions.
- Look for opportunities to improve purchasing, communication, and supply chain processes as Ryze continues to grow.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, logistics, inventory planning, or a related field.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to improve processes—not simply maintain them.
Position Details
Location: Cookeville, TN (not a remote position)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $24.00 – 28.00/hr , depending on experience
