Our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant who wants to work in a practice that prioritizes quality patient care over volume.

What You'll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy with confidence and skill
- Perform 12-lead EKGs
- Handle prior authorizations
- Coordinate referrals and outside records
- Answer phones professionally and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with patient communication and follow-up
- Support the physician and help maintain efficient daily clinic operations
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused office culture
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Medical Assistant experience (required)
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Experience performing EKGs
- Experience with prior authorizations and referrals
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, patient-centered attitude
- Team player who works well with coworkers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
