Pay is based on your verified Georgia PDS Level.

Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in providing a high-quality Pre-K classroom.
- Assist with lesson implementation and engaging learning activities.
- Help prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten.
- Conduct classroom observations and maintain required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Follow classroom schedules and center procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Participate in center events and professional development opportunities.
- Follow Bright from the Start regulations and Grayson Academy policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Bright from the Start regulations preferred.
- Must be dependable, professional, and a positive team player.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform the physical duties required in an active preschool classroom.
