Support the financial management and accountability of manufacturing operations

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, cost management, inventory control, and working capital analysis

Perform profit and loss analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and operational performance reporting
-
Partner with operations leadership to provide timely financial insights and recommendations
-
Develop and maintain financial reports, schedules, procedures, and accounting policies
-
Support capital expenditure requests, project tracking, and post-investment reviews
-
Monitor key operational metrics including productivity, quality, inventory levels, delivery performance, and profitability
-
Prepare financial presentations, management reports, graphs, and business review materials
-
Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control documentation
-
Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
-
Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline
-
5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Experience supporting plant operations, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance
-
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles

Hands-on experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, bills of materials (BOMs), and multi-level routing structures

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
-
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
