Dishwasher Cleaner is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing commercial kitchen areas during regular business hours. Their duties include washing floors, scrubbing equipment, disposing of waste, and ensuring all surfaces are free from grease and food residue. This role is crucial for maintaining food safety standards and preparing the kitchen for the next day’s operations. This will also include washing dishes as they come into the dish room and putting those clean dishes in proper place.
