Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of recent clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following settings is highly desired:
- Medical-Surgical
- Telemetry
- Emergency Department
- ICU/PCU
- Long-Term Acute Care
- Rehabilitation
- Outpatient Services
- Home Health
