Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address specific patient concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred, with familiarity in inpatient hospital environments.
- Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Experience in home community care is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
