TAX CREDIT AND SECTION 8 Leasing Consultant:
Nashville based Property Management and Development Company is seeking to fill a position for a Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities in Antioch, TN. Duties include contacting potential residents, conducting tours of property, completing applications, compiling files, providing exceptional customer service to current residents and assisting with other clerical needs.
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a leasing consultant and be familiar with the leasing process, resident relations, completing resident documents and compiling files. Experience with affordable housing properties preferred.
