Job Summary
E & E Security, Inc. is seeking dependable and professional On-Call Security Officers to provide protection and ensure the safety of clients, staff, and property at various contracted locations. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible availability who are committed to upholding high standards of service, visibility, and reliability.
Duties
- Monitor and authorize entrance of individuals onto the property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences to management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches or loss prevention.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively.
Skills
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
