Position Summary
We are looking for a science-driven, detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team supporting the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge biologic therapies. In this entry-level role, you’ll conduct routine analytical testing on materials and products to ensure they meet strict internal and regulatory quality standards. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where science, technology, and continuous improvement are core to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products using validated methods
- Document test results accurately in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and equipment
- Assist with equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
- Contribute to investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable SOPs, test methods, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH, USP)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field
- Basic understanding of lab instrumentation and techniques (e.g., pH, UV-Vis, HPLC, titrations, microbiology, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict adherence to procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or academic lab experience in a regulated or GMP environment
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Interest in biologics, gene therapy, or advanced therapeutic platforms

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
