Full Time Service Technician
Our well established, locally owned property management company is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our great team.
You are responsible for various duties including but not limited to maintaining the overall appearance and quality of our property, diagnosing and assessing problems and making the needed repairs, preparing vacant apartments, maintaining logs, on call rotation, etc, assisting and overseeing the grounds technicians with grounds and recreational facilities, while maintaining great customer service with residents, staff and vendors. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualified employees are eligible for an Hourly Wage of $21.00. We offer paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays, health and dental insurance and 401K matched benefits.
