Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our innovative team. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and market research
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base across various industries
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development management, enterprise selling, or sales negotiation
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Salesforce Cloud, CRM software, and other sales tools
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, strategic planning, and client base expansion
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing in competitive markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients and internal teams effectively
- Experience in customer relationship management and marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
