We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead our receiving operations in a fast-paced food distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring all inbound products are received accurately, safely, and efficiently while leading a team that supports timely deliveries to restaurant customers.

What You'll Do
- Lead all inbound receiving operations, ensuring products are received accurately and on schedule.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse receiving associates and team leads.
- Verify product quantities, quality, temperatures, and accuracy of all incoming shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and system transactions.
- Partner with Purchasing, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient product flow.
- Monitor productivity, labor, and receiving performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance coaching.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready receiving area.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, preferably in food distribution.
- Experience managing receiving operations in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety, and OSHA regulations preferred.
- Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environments and lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
