Senior Executive Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and trusted Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO across both business and personal operations. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role that goes far beyond traditional administrative support.
You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day executive priorities while also assisting with personal affairs, real estate coordination, and family office-related responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and operates with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across business and personal commitments
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefings
- Draft and manage communications and correspondence
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of commitments
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and protecting the CEO’s time
Business Coordination
- Coordinate leadership meetings and company priorities
- Assist with presentations and internal communications
- Track key action items and ensure cross-team follow-through
- Support special projects as needed
Family Office, Personal Support & Real Estate Coordination
- Assist in managing a portfolio of real estate assets (multifamily and retail)
- Coordinate with property managers, brokers, and contractors
- Track leasing activity, projects, and key deadlines
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects
Household & Lifestyle Management
- Coordinate operations across multiple residences
- Manage personal travel logistics and planning
- Assist with events, guests, and household needs
Financial & Administrative Support
- Manage bill pay and personal financial obligations
- Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, and service providers
- Maintain organized records, contracts, and documentation
- Implement simple systems for tracking expenses and obligations
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Partner with internal staff and external vendors
- Ensure clear communication and timely execution
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key partners
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel

Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Required: Experience handling both professional and personal affairs
- Experience in a family office or private household environment is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction
- Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
