Replications Unlimited is a manufacturer of various types of artificial textured panels that are used as decorative finishes in both commercial and residential applications.
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Inside Sales & Customer Development Representative to join our inside sales team. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, gathering project information, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring every inquiry receives prompt, professional attention.
Working as part of a two-person sales team, this role focuses on developing qualified opportunities and providing complete project information
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is naturally curious, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, emails, web inquiries, and chat requests.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their project goals.
- Ask detailed qualifying questions to gather complete project information.
- Identify customer needs, application requirements, project timelines, and decision-makers.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Lead.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until transferred.
- Follow up on marketing leads generated from trade shows, website inquiries, and advertising campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on products and services.
- Assist with writing quotes and project take-offs as needed.
Skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with construction industry or building materials
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Experience working with Sales CRM system (we use zoho)
- Ability to pick up on new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- ·Competent Math skills (calculating sq ft and linear ft for quotes)
Work Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 25–32 hours per week)
- Flexible daytime schedule during normal business hours
- In-office position
Please note - this is a hourly plus monthly commission.
