Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation, Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content using Canva and Meta Business Suite .Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. Agent spotlights New and upcoming businesses in the community Real estate tips and educational content “Did You Know?” real estate facts Community highlights and events Client success stories and testimonials Fun, trending, and relatable social media content Coordinate and participate in business spotlight features, including visiting local businesses and assisting agents with interviewing business owners. Capture photos and videos for social media marketing (in-office and in the community).Create and edit short-form video content including Reels and TikToks. Stay current on social media trends, audio, and content strategies to keep pages fresh and engaging. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions .Collaborate with agents and office staff to gather ideas, listings, and content opportunities. Monitor performance insights and help improve engagement and reach over time. Ensure all content aligns with company branding, tone, and professionalism.Administrative & Office Support Assist with follow-up communications and general administrative support for agents and office staff as needed.Create, maintain, and organize new agent files and folders to ensure company records remain accurate and accessible.Assist with general office administrative duties as assigned.Monitor and maintain office supply inventory for agent workstations, conference rooms, and common areas.Ensure conference rooms and shared office spaces remain clean, organized, and ready for client meetings.Assist with general office upkeep, including stocking supplies, emptying trash, and maintaining a professional environment.Work closely with the Broker, Office Administrator, and agents to support smooth day-to-day office operations.QualificationsPrevious experience managing social media for a business or brand preferred.Proficiency with Canva and Meta Business Suite required.The right person will bring energy, initiative, creativity, and professionalism. Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
