House Manager and Personal Assistant

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful house manager and personal assistant for a high-net-worth family in Scottsdale to oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate and household.
Applicants must have experience managing a busy household/estate. This role includes overseeing the house staff (chef, landscaper, housecleaner, pool maintenance, handyman, and other vendors), running errands, shopping, making travel arrangements, managing house maintenance projects, and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel reservations. This role requires someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate management with a focus on project management and vendor coordination.
This role calls for someone who is an independent thinker, exceedingly detailed, an efficient multitasker, can manage changing schedules, and the foresight to avoid unnecessary issues. Candidate should be polished, professional, and willing to take on whatever it takes to ensure a smooth day that mitigates stress for the family. This position requires some flexibility and travel 3-6 times per year.
