Position Summary:
Guapos Restaurants is looking for great individuals who share our love for food and hospitality.
Our Barback is responsible for performing tasks to support the bartender and other staff members. Our Barback will be the right hand of the bartender and will assist with opening and closing duties of the bar. Guapos Restaurant is looking for people that can adhere to Guapos professional standards while giving our customers a wonderful dining experience.
Job Type: Full-Time (on-site)
Physical Setting: Restaurant Floor
Schedule: Flexible Schedule (Monday to Friday and Weekends) - (Morning shift/Night shift)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Bartenders to open and close the bar.

Keep the bar stocked with liquors, spirits, garnishes, and mixers,

Support the bartender to keep the bar clean.

Monitoring stations and refilling napkins, coasters, and straws

Clean and restock glassware and mixing tools.

Cleaning up spills at the bar and at guests' tables

Remove garbage and discarded glasses and cleaning down tables for incoming customers.

Assisting the bartender with additional responsibilities as needed

Assist Restaurant staff with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn new things quickly.
