Hopewell Grove is a dedicated and resident-centered nursing home in Chillicothe, Ohio, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our community. We are currently seeking skilled and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to physicians and care team
Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
