Cargoos Logistics is hiring experienced Freight Agents and Freight Brokers with active shipper relationships.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for producers who want better support, stronger tools, and more upside.
Premium commission splits are available for proven brokers with self-generated business.

Who We Want
- Experienced freight brokers or agents with: 2+ years of brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Existing shipper relationships or active book of business
- Ability to quote, close, and manage freight
- Strong communication and follow-up
- Comfortable working on commission
- Clean, ethical customer development approach
Compensation
- 100% commission-based.
- Potential earnings: $90,000–$275,000+ per year.
- Premium splits available for proven producers with active self-generated business.
