Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Competitive compensation includes a sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide treatment for acute and chronic conditions, including dementia care and critical care management.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications, including psychopharmacology as needed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies is required.
- Previous experience in hospital medicine, urgent care, or nursing home settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in catheter care and other clinical procedures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and the ability to perform basic diagnostic tests is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are necessary.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
