We’re seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead one of our restaurant concepts within the Aoki Group. Our portfolio spans a range of dining and hospitality experiences—from casual cafés to full-service restaurants and nightlife-driven concepts—offering a dynamic environment for operators who thrive on variety, ownership, and team leadership.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily operations while contributing to a broader, multi-concept team. You’ll lead your location with consistency and accountability while aligning with company standards across all concepts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient service and a consistent guest experience
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across front- and back-of-house
- Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Manage scheduling, labor, and operational costs to support profitability
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations (FOH + BOH)
- Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to adapt across different concepts, service styles, and guest expectations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and operational best practices
