Shift Details: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Days: 7 days on, 7 days off (Every other weekend)
Core Responsibilities: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
- Personal Care: Assist consumers with daily routines, including transfers, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Home Support: Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
- Community Help: Provide transportation to appointments or errands within the Sulphur area.
- Daily Documentation: Keep accurate logs of care provided and report any health changes.
Requirements: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Documents: Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card
- Background: Must pass all state-mandated background checks and screenings.
- Transport: Reliable transportation to consumer homes in Sulphur.
- Driving Docs: Must have valid auto registration and valid auto insurance.
- Character: A patient, compassionate, and reliable work ethic.
